Normally these folks are wonderful, but my most recent experience was not. We brought in our cats to get a checkup because they were puking, having diarrhea, and skipping meals. The vet tech and vet were two people that we had never seen before, and they aren't currently listed on the company website. At one point we could hear the vet tech and vet laughing on the other side of the door, saying "Why did they even bring the cats in? lol". They did a cursory check of both cats, didn't recommend anything, didn't want to run any tests, and were overall dismissive of our concern for our cats. Up until now, our experience with them has been worthy of a 5-star review, but this most recent visit has definitely soured our opinion a bit. If you're looking to book an appointment here, make sure you get either Dr. Jason Hall or Dr. Deborah Stratton (the only vets listed on the website), otherwise you risk getting sub-par care and concern.

The level of dishonesty is insane here. I was simply calling to ask questions in preparation for my fur babies appointment afterall. Shame on this location Ask questions And record the conversations You may not need these shots afterall.

Love the staff and how they do as much as they can to help your pets. Many times I have been there and they are so friendly and give you the best results as possible.
