We have been taking our cats here for years! Church Hill takes great care of our babies and considers finances when discussing treatment. They have a separate waiting room for those awaiting sensitive news, they’re open about what’s considered necessary versus recommended, and the few times they couldn’t offer us something or knew it was out of our price range, they were ready with available options to make sure we’re informed and prepared for the next steps! We highly recommend Church Hill Animal Hospital to anyone looking for personable and transparent care at a reasonable price! (Plus they have great taste in art)

Incredibly poor customer service experience. Lack of communication skills until a review has been written. Even then substandard.

Very friendly, knowledgeable vets in a neighborhood-centric animal hospital. They patiently took care of my nervous Great Pyrenees and made her feel like home. Highly recommended for excellent service!
