Thought it had lost the personal touch so I researched and found out they're owned by Innovetive Pet Care who own at least 66 animal hospitals across 14 states.

My first visit, was a emergency, so I thought - they treated Riley, my small poodle quickly and sent us on our way with medications to help treat his condition. Happy camper, I found a veterinary group to take care of my 2 little sidekicks, Riley and Scarlet.

Staff was great. Went for a standard canine exam and ended up being there for 2 hrs, with maybe 15 min spent with the Vet, which was not great. Also, felt a little coerced into using their pharmacy services. Other vets simply approve a prescription, they wouldn’t approve it until we explicitly said we didn’t want to use their pharmacy. So we’re waiting several days later for a pain prescription. Based on the experience, I’d suspect this is a private equity backed Vet.
